When we give, we do not have less, and we do not become less. We have more and become more. Because when we give, we join in the bond of friendship and family, the bond of service to those around us out of love for them. And love is the fulfillment of the Law. It is the nature of God Himself, for God is Love. Thus, we are participating in the divine nature. As Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35).
 

 

Giving at Evergreen Lutheran

My name is Amy Davis and I am our church's Financial Secretary. 
Here at Evergreen Lutheran, we believe that our tithes and offerings are just one of the many ways we can worship God. 

As Financial Secretary I receive and record the gifts, donations and tithes/offerings of members and other givers and supervise the counting and deposit of all offerings.
The ways you can give: You can use our online "GIVE" button here on our website. Or you can mail in your offering.

MERCY FUND

A Mercy fund has been established here at Evergreen. This fund was created to help with the short term needs of people in our church family and those close to us. If you are in need or know of someone who could use some assistance please contact the church. Also, if you would like to contribute to the MERCY FUND your contribution is very welcome.
